We assist in the coordination between countries to utilise or establish treaties or mutual legal assistance agreements.

International Relations

Regional Governments understand the importance of cooperation on transnational organized crime and particularly areas such as money laundering, human trafficking or smuggling. To facilitate greater cooperation between states, they establish Memorandum's of Understanding (MOUs) or agree to Mutual Legal Assistance (MLAs) frameworks. When a criminal network is discovered to operate across borders, these MOUs and agreements have often been untested. We assist Governments in leveraging these powerful tools and putting them into action.
